Level 3 — The system builds itself

The summit of the ladder: the loop that improves the system stops needing you to run it by hand.

What this level adds

At every level so far, when the system notices you've done something by hand more than once, you are still the one who builds the fix. Level 3 closes that loop: you approve a one-line suggestion, and the system writes the change itself, inside a sealed sandbox where mistakes can't touch anything that matters. A safety net checks the work before anything goes live, you give the final nod, and you get a short report afterward. The system that automates your work now automates extending itself.

Nothing here overrides the house rules from earlier levels — spending money, sending messages as you, and anything irreversible still require you, every time, no exceptions.

What you need

The honest cost

Roughly a month of occasional tinkering evenings to get comfortable. Small ongoing usage costs for the automated helpers, capped by hard limits you set.

This level is for people who've already found Level 2 genuinely useful and want the compounding to go further — not a required destination.
